Our Approach
H.E.A.L. (Helping Empower and Awaken Love) is a dedicated support group tailored for women who share the unique experience of living with an autistic spouse. Meeting twice a month for one hour, this supportive community provides education, empathy, and an open space for women to share their challenges in navigating life with their autistic partners. The focus of H.E.A.L. is primarily solution-oriented, aiming to empower its members with practical tools and strategies for addressing the issues that may arise.
The support group is led by experienced and knowledgeable leaders who understand the complexities of life with an autistic spouse. Through these regular meetings, women can gain valuable insights, share their experiences, and receive guidance to help them strengthen their relationships, enhance their well-being, and foster a deeper understanding of their partners. H.E.A.L. enables a sense of community and empowerment, allowing women to find comfort, support, and hope in their shared journey of love.
